Pennsylvania

After the long drive from Utah we are finally here in Pennsylvania! What a beautiful part of the country. We are in West Norriton about 30min away from downtown Philadelphia, and right outside of King of Prussia (Home of the 2nd largest mall in America) we arrived Saturday May 10th and love our new stomping grounds.

Jason has already started selling with AMP (http://ampalarm.com/) and has done a record number of sales for his first week and with no other training experience. He is working hard Monday-Saturday usually from about 10:30am to 9:30-11:30pm.

As for me (Jenilyn) I have immensely enjoyed having a new apartment to make our home and am staying busy reading/studying, playing my violin, cooking and making sure that Jason always has something to eat when he is home, combating morning sickness & learning all about pregnancy and births, making and enjoying friends with the "other wives", and praying daily that I don't get lost in Pennsylvania traffic.

We have decided that driving is a little backwards here. In the cities the speed limit is 45 instead of 35 and you feel like you are constantly being rushed while trying to find your destination. Then on the freeway the speed limit is 55 and it feels like you are being held back.

We have also decided that Sundays are going to be our favorite days. Jason has the day off work and we are able to spend the mornings in church, have a weekly brunch right after church with all of the married guys in the office and their wives, and then we have the rest of the afternoon to enjoy being together and hopefully explore. We are 2 minutes away from Valley Forge and look forward to spending some Sunday afternoons there.
